The King County Climate and Workforce Strategy provides a framework to engage key partners to create climate-connected, living-wage employment opportunities and build a skilled, diverse workforce. King County will collaborate across departments with local education and training providers, labor partners, employers, business owners, community-based organizations, and residents from frontline communities to implement the Climate and Workforce Strategy.
