The Sustainable and Resilient Frontline Communities (SRFC) section is King County’s community-driven climate justice framework. It includes eight focus areas and six cross-cutting strategies. Frontline communities are impacted in multiple ways by climate change and require an equitable, integrated and comprehensive approach to climate action.
