Reduce countywide sources of GHG emissions, compared to a 2007 baseline, 50 percent by 2030, 75 percent by 2040, and 95 percent by 2050, with net-zero emissions through carbon sequestration and other strategies by that year. Pursue additional goals and actions to sequester carbon and reduce emissions from consumption of goods and services.
