Expand adoption of at least one, or more, of the Washington State Building and Residential Code appendices (or comparable) associated with Solar-readiness, Construction & Demolition Material Management, and Building Deconstruction to twelve jurisdictions within King County, including King County's own Permitting division, by 2030.
