Increase usage of ESJ credit 6 for advancing economic justice in the King County Sustainable Infrastructure Scorecard by 50 percent. Currently, it is at 30 percent, this would increase usage to 45 percent overall. This increase will demonstrate how economic opportunity is integrated into capital projects to deliver significant co-benefits to County residents, including skills training, workforce development, and living wage employment.
